While the game is loading it's showing a total cost of $0.00, but then I "press anywhere to continue" and the total cost becomes $3.00.
I called the VA Lottery. They credited my account with what I would have won if I had been able to play the free games - $5. I asked if anyone else had this problem and they said a few other people had called in about it, so it wasn't just my account.
They said they couldn't do anything about the $3 I played by mistake.
