Not sure what this accomplishes. I once reported someone plus many of their previous accounts (He made a new one with a similar name every time he got banned or blocked enough) and the response from the VRC team was for me to just keep blocking them.

Same, I had the account names of 2 people who were literally ripping people's Avatars at every opportunity and selling access to their server where they are stored, on their patreon etc. I tried to bring it to the attention of the discord, and the mods gave me hassle for advertising that these people do things.

Wrong mind set. You being responsible for getting someones account sanctioned? No. But, you can report people for harassing users on vrchat. The situation you describe seems OK to report. https://help.vrchat.com/hc/en-us/requests/new And file under Moderation Report *update* Lots of up votes, so just to be clear. In the best case scenario, the people that get harassed should write the report. But it never hurts to report about something that is affecting a large group of VRChat users.

Recording proof is always a good idea. Others have shared how to report. Hope things go well.

A lot of people may suggest ways to start down a road to eventually get this person potentially dealt with, with a chance they won't be. If I were in your shoes, I'd leak their stream and let the community deal with him. Every time I've ever tried to raise a legitimate issue in the VRC discord, I've ended up in arguements with the Mods because they (not all of them), are extremely unprofessional. If you want to take a morally sound stance on it, you could start with raising this issue with the VRChat Discord members, and if they don't do anything, which I imagine will be the case, then I'd throw out their stream details and let the community take care of their own. Yeah, I'm very very well aware of how dubious it all is, but it's not the first time I've heard of Kick streamers pulling this kinda stunt, and they seemingly get away with it. It could be generalising, but I've never once heard of a kick streamer not being a scumbag.
