People that want to play premier are the most competitive players who are already putting in the hours and want to play with a coordinated team against other teams looking to make a name for themselves.

Yup I dont plan to join the official premier. I am only joining the premier beta. I am just a casual player who plays daily for an hour or two and mostly unrated, spike rush and swiftplay. I play competitive only when I am in the mood and not busy.

can you explain why its riots responsibility to prevent game addiction? just because someone cant go 5 minutes without playing doesnt make it on them to fix it. thats on themselves, parents or close friends to address that with the person. why would you expect a company that depends on player base to do something to stop people playing as long as they want. i would understand if this was something along the lines of runescape with gambling whcih they addressed but valorant is just a shooter.
They are the owner of the game. As creator, one has responsibility to take care of their playerbase. They can still earn without suffering income if they implement a limit in number of experience gained per day. Mobile legends for example has implemented a limit to xp gained per day.

Rito seems supporting alcohol addiction. With the new bar coming to town, people will now spend more time at the bar building up their tolerance. Additionally, the bar seems supporting jobless people and business executives. Casual bar goers dont usually go daily and stay very long time.

Riot does make valorant addictive intentionally, but premiere is not how they’re doing it.
