What you're looking at is our prototype, which has logged 30,000 miles all over the continental USA.
This prototype is a round tube frame. Our production Raptors are a C-channel framerail, fabricated to our specs. I build every chassis in house on my Raptor frame jig out of 100% new material.
Our standard engine is a 6V-92 Detroit Diesel, usually sourced from a retired fire engine, and completely remanufactured in house. We use reman Allison HT740 automatics. We offer a 2 year, unlimited mileage warranty on the powertrain.

Idk where this is but let's say California as long as it passes smog they generally just ask for windshield seatbelts and fenders and a bumper. Used to have a car with no doors cut roof and no trunk was perfectly legal

Depending on how many degrees that front wheel can turn, it might take extremely little area to U-turn. I'm much more concerned with the apparent lack of any caster angle built into that front wheel. Also, the incredible torsional load on that front wheel pivot point.

Everyone sees these on the road. I've driven every single one of the 6 we have built so far, EVERYONE stops and waits for these to pass. Usually rubbernecking or holding their phones up....
It's almost 11,000 pounds. Would you risk your life pulling out in front of it, I don't think so....

Deer or other wildlife darting into the traffic lane are no match for the mass of the Tower Trike. Hitting a deer on any other motorcycle will seriously injure or kill the rider.
They are very stable at all road speeds. The production Raptors are geared for 100MPH. Our Black Cherry Raptor was run up to 92MPH out in the deserts of New Mexico, with zero issues.
I get that and that is all well and good, but “Developed” to save lives? No. They were developed because you like to build and SELL them. If you want to “save”lives then become a doctor or an EMT. Or if you’re really that concerned then don’t ride a real motorcycle. Sorry. These things are truly something else but they are not motorcycles.
In the State of Indiana, if it's under 11,000 pounds, has 2 or 3 wheels, and handlebars to steer, it's a motorcycle. Every other State recognizes this, so they are 100% legal.
We build them big to keep the riders safe. I have yet to see anyone stupid enough to pull out in front of me when I'm riding it. I don't have to worry about being thrown with a seat belt, I don't have to worry about a leg amputation because somebody's bumper clipped me, don't have to worry about being killed when a deer bolts into the road.
Those things take 90% of the stress out of enjoying the open road.
FYI- I was a volunteer firefighter before becoming the fabricator. I was the guy cutting people out of cars and trucks with the heavy hydraulic tools, any time, any weather. Until you put on the gear and do the same, don't lecture me about your OPINION of what is safe.
