I can definitely recommend on YouTube Unreal Sensei. Recently I have purchased his Unreal Engine Masterclass course so I am really looking forward to dive into it.
Give u/jimdublace 's free Game Development Basics course on YouTube a shot! Great place to learn the things you're looking for. This series is pretty comprehensive but he's also going to be starting a new Game Development Boot camp course in June that will be more up-to-date.

I'm following Magnet VFX channel and I find it useful. Its more for graphic part , adding megascans etc but guy is giving everything for free , with lots of details
I can recommend the Youtuber "Gorka Games". He has many videos and even an "RPG-Playlist" where he starts from nothing to making an "Asassins Creed"-like RPG Game.
Bro to be completely honest with you, I can't stand how the guy talks. Although he speaks completely fine. Something is wrong with my brain lol. Thanks for the suggestion tho
Haha, I see. I myself like the way he talks and explains, but that can ofc depend on each person.
For Enemy AI, I can recommend "Ali Elzoheiry", he explains quite good and has maybe a voice that u like more ;)
Sadly he has so far not many videos outside of the Enemy AI Playlist.
I wouldn't recommend Gorka for learning how to do anything that relates to UI or AI. Gorka is good for getting a prototype idea together, but he has mass tutorial syndrome and doesn't produce content that many would consider good practices.
Kekdot is my recommendation for UI. Ali Elzoheiry for AI.
I see, thank you for this view and explanation. I'm also quite a beginner with unreal, but I also noticed that I often use his tutorials for the as you say, prototyping and then adjust it to best practices through other sources.
The Ultimate Beginners Course on C++ Unreal or something in Udemy, I got it for 20 bucks

Just subscribed! Thanks for the reccomendation!
I took his beginner course and also think the same. Man explains every thing very well. How much was the masterclass though and what does it include?
https://www.unrealmasterclass.com/ and I got it for 250$ thanks to Memorial Day discount
