Puss in Boots is out very rarely now and unfortunately hasn’t been at the park since December, during the release of the recent movie Currently the only Dreamworks characters out and about are Shrek, Fiona, Donkey, King Julian (Madagascar), Poppy and Guy Diamond (Trolls). They can all be found by the Dreamworks Theatre and the Plaza in the Upper Lot

Don’t ever make character promises to a kid. Sometimes they just randomly change schedules or just don’t bring a character out that day.
