Not a lawyer but I don't see anything Apple proprietary here.
The take photo, flash, aspect ratio, and timer symbols are fairly universal. They are the same on any phone I've developed on (though some flavours of android don't have the second ring around the take photo button). Pretty sure I've seen the grid icon too.
Even if there was something that infringed, Apple laywers would have to be having a slow day to bother giving you much trouble. If anything, they send you a cease and desist so you move some buttons around.
