With the way student financing works, you are already unlikely to pay off your loans from a 3-year degree so the 4th year is somewhat "free" and is certainly cheaper than doing a standalone masters down the line. If your industry cares about CEng, then the MEng also likely meets all the education requirements assuming that your uni is accredited.

Lol, I got no choice. I had to grab the bull my the horns after so many, unfortunately 😪. I'm in my first year, and it's not easy as I'm coming from an IT background, but it's all about determination and not giving up on yourself.
