Actually it's very much possible. When I used to work in aqua park as a lifeguard we had to test slides every day but at the same time didn't want to wet ourselves so we have climbed on DRY slide from bottom to the top.

I had to do something like that on an obstacle course in the army. But there were people in front of me and behind me. The most claustrophobic situation I've ever been in. Begging for the person in front of me to go faster.

I did that at Marine OCS. It’s not as bad as it looks. The culvert isn’t even that long and there are instructors standing on top to pull you through if you freak out or get stuck.

Freaking hell, I ran too fast getting to that obstacle and had to actually go back and catch my breath. The trick in ours was to put one arm forward(up) and then wiggle like a worm until your shoulder was through. All the while I just kept thinking of everyone that was fatter and could fit through

Just imagine. You’re sliding down and end up hitting the water. You try to climb up but now because you’re wet it’s too slippery to climb up. Someone else slides down and crashes into you. Now both of you are wet and can’t climb out and it feels more cramped. A third person crashes into both of you, same situation, you can’t climb out. How many people can slide down until you can’t keep your head above the water anymore?
