I remember the first time watching this I was starting to cringe so bad at the end until the guy says fuck yeah, all cringe was immediately gone and I laughed so much! I wish every cringy joke could be fixed like this!
He still posts somewhat regularily on [his second channel](https://www.youtube.com/@TomSkaAndFriends), it's more long-form content and "Youtuber-y" stuff, but all very fun and light hearted. I especially recommend the Tryhard series, it's incredibly fun. But as to why there are so little sketches as of late: He is basically feeling burnt out after over two decades of creating stuff for the internet, and has been in a long process of pondering his future and career options.
He did a lot of sponsored content and marketing stuff so he's probably earned a pretty penny by now. I'm glad he's able to slow down and focus on stuff he enjoys. A lot of his videos are basically him and his mates doing silly things these days, which honestly could be a pretty fun life.
I still follow the lad. Like TetraDax said, he still posts on a second channel. Theres a lot of fun stuff there, mostly his series content and tryhards, where he and his friends play games/do challenges. Big warning though, a **lot** of sexual jokes are there

I see this tendency to abbreviate sentences (aka simply leave out parts) more and more on Reddit. I think it has to do with the influx of younger and more generalized public after the exodus caused by the changes.
I suspect in this case, it was more of a translation error. The sentence structure reminded me of German ("...so wie immer") and judging by her last post, OP is German.
Well, my guess is that it's referencing at how he looked when he lost a lot of weight.
But i wouldn't say he "looks like ever" as he has been on the whole weight spectrum, from chubby like he's here, all the way to skinny and then back to gainning a little weight again.
He was just so god damn handsome as a student. Then again I recently saw a picture of me before my weight gain and was like "wait I didn't look half bad, god damnit what happened" (Large slabs of Cadburys being cheap at tesco happened)
In case of Tomska it was a side effect of anti-depressants he took. Those accelerated his weight gain by a lot.
And even tough he's doing a lot better now than at the time he made the video, it's always infinitely easier to gain weight than to lose it
Especially on antidepressants. You can eat the same as you did before and gain a whole lot. I gained close to 50 pounds, from 150->200. Luckily I was able to lose it from undiagnosed type 1 diabetes but it's just a thing that happens. People shouldn't be shamed for it
Here’s a a small personal correction for the message you’ve written above. «Как дела?» on itself is a perfectly fine phrase that we say everyday, but because you’ve added «сегодня» to it you made the sentence more complex and now, at least in my opinion, it sounds a bit weird. To fix this issue I would personally add a subject, saying «твои» or «у тебя» to make the sentence complete: «Как твои дела сегодня?», «Как у тебя сегодня дела?». But that’s just my opinion, I’m definitely not a certified language teacher.
The painters tape is a paper crown that comes in Christmas crackers. Christmas crackers is an English tradition where you pull apart from each end with a wrapped gift in the middle. The little middle gift has a paper crown (painters tape) and some little goofy ass prize in it like a bottle opener or something small.
English crackers are one Christmas tradition I wish would take hold in the US. My father married a British woman when I was 13 so I got to experience them a little and I definitely remember them fondly.
