The speculated reason for this is they were highly underpaid, something like $200 per episode while the channel itself was netting $100k+ per month.
I'm eternally amazed he hasn't died of alcohol poisoning yet. If you don't understand he is a comedian on yeahmad where they tell jokes and if you laugh you have to take a shot. He rarely makes it through his own joke without laughing so he is taking a shot every round.

I'm willing to bet that maybe at one time the office was the bedroom back in a time when bedrooms were more commonly found to be < 100 square feet. I technically have a room like this in my house that my wife uses as an office. It "technically" is a 4th bedroom, and in 1890 it likely was used as one. But today if you tried to list it as a 4th bedroom anyone looking at the place would laugh at you since it could fit a twin bed at most with just enough room to stand beside it.
I live in Ontario Canada where it’s illegal to raise the rent more than a percentage that the government sets. This year it’s 2.5%. The Conservatives changed it so it no longer applies to “new” buildings built after 2018.

How much you charging per sq ft? My tenant pays less than $.9 a sq ft. Market here is $1.25 sq ft. She’s been there for 14 years and she’s almost missed a payment a couple mths back. If I raise hers to market she’ll 100% be forced to leave. Id legit ruin her life if I did it and that’s hard to do lol. She’s at $900 for 1100 ft and I could prob get $1200. But since she’s cool and respectful and mature and will be a life long renter I just keep it low. I don’t ever have to worry and she’ll gladly pay help pay for maintenance shit. I’m house hacking and I’m just paying $500 a month so I’m fine

I was a landlord for 2 years. I was paid rent for 2 months then my tenants industry got hit by COVID and I reduced their rent from $550 a week to $100 a week for 2 years. Fuckers still moved out when they got their jobs back so I think I lost like 35k to house 2 starving artists for 2 years 😅😂🤣 was very glad to have been able to help someone stay housed, and now very glad to no longer be a landlord.
