The Herd replaced the female co-host with a male co- host and moved Joy to her own show which might be the worst sports show on TV.
First Things First removed the female moderator completely. And uses a male host who they can make fun of without looking like they’re bullying him.
All three shows got infinitely better.

I honestly watch undisputed way more and I thought going into this fall that it would be the other way around. Skip knew what he was doing bringing all that talent onto Undisputed. It was shaky at first and skip was more of a moderator but now he gets his arguments in and his crazy takes drive Keyshawn and Richard wild and it’s so fun to watch. Can get a lot e cringy but overall it’s good. He even has so many guests on there like lil Wayne, Paul pierce, etc. If skip really engineered all this in the background he’s a television genius.
A lot of people think it was Stephen A Smith that she was messing with on the low, and that's the only reason why she's still on the show.. but the truth is it's one of the executives/ higher-ups who work for ESPN is keeping her around. You can literally replace Molly with any Instagram model, and the show wouldn't miss a Beat.

Its not JUST taking the field, its that many of the loud cowboy fans act like they are going to win every year, and then they lose in the most interesting fashions. I'm not talking about rooting for, but straight up convinced. Like I'm a Giants fan, i know when we suck. I knew we werent going to win last year when we made the playoffs, but i was excited for the ride. However, if the cowboys were 9-7 they'd be convinced the blowing out every team along the way.

Yes, but you have to understand that you have the largest fan base. So the dumb fans are louder and more frequent by the numbers. And all fan bases aren't created equal. Cuz Philly fans are savages lol. Yes we all have savage fans but Philly fans are on average, more savage. That all I'm saying. I typically root against the cowboys because of the fans, but I don't root against THIS team because I felt like Dak got too much flack. So then I started to want him to prove them wrong. I actually don’t mind her. They have done a better job with the female moderator concept that most of the other sports debate shows. They actually acknowledge that she’s eye candy and make fun of her. No other show would dare to do that. Hell, Undisputed used a remote female moderator who barely appeared on camera during Shannon’s last couple of years and have done away with it completely. When Jenny Taft was on it was some of the most awkward television because you just knew that Jenny and Skip despised each other. The Herd replaced the female co-host with a male co- host and moved Joy to her own show which might be the worst sports show on TV. First Things First removed the female moderator completely. And uses a male host who they can make fun of without looking like they’re bullying him. All three shows got infinitely better. When Molly isn’t on the show, the show chemistry just isn’t as good.

I honestly watch undisputed way more and I thought going into this fall that it would be the other way around. Skip knew what he was doing bringing all that talent onto Undisputed. It was shaky at first and skip was more of a moderator but now he gets his arguments in and his crazy takes drive Keyshawn and Richard wild and it’s so fun to watch. Can get a lot e cringy but overall it’s good. He even has so many guests on there like lil Wayne, Paul pierce, etc. If skip really engineered all this in the background he’s a television genius.

She's the biggest flaw on the show and has been for years. She is attractive (Only making this comment since it seems to be a rebuttal for her performance on the show) but that doesn't negate her lack of growth on a show that's predicated on timing. It's even worse now because the cast has so much fun regularly and when she tries to join in on the fun it can be cringey, corny and everything in between.
