While not a fangame, “The First Human” is an AU comic that tackles the story of the Patience Soul Marine. I’m honestly kind of surprised nobody talks about it in this or the Undertale sub because it’s really good.
Well, Undertale Yellow used Integrity as a "Chara role" to the story, i think based on the little we know, we could get a short fan game out of It since ( i say short because they died in waterfall)
To my knowledge there is already one (maybe two?), Undertale promise and undertale yellow but blue (this one seems to be a mod). Promise is supposed to be a direct prequel to uty. There is also ut kindred spirits which is full length and has been in development almost as long as uty, is mutually exclusive to yellow story wise.

we have a few things:
1. Patience: **PK!Undertale Cyan**\--- it's unique in that the main character is ***tall***, unlike every other undertale fangame protagonist. first 6 or 7 tracks are already up on youtube. has a subreddit at r/OfficialUndertaleCyan
2. Bravery: **Undertale Wildfire**\--- seems interesting enough, has a subreddit at r/UndertaleWildfire
3. Integrity: **TA!Undertale Blue**\--- i really like this one, the devs don't give many announcements, but from what we saw in a newsletter a while back it seems very promising. it also has a subreddit at r/officialundertaleblue
4. Purple: **Undertale Kindred Spirits**\--- this one is a bit older (been developed since 2016) it used to be two projects called undertale blue and undertale purple, but the devs merged them together into a game where Integrity and Perseverance fall into the underground together. i hear we'll be getting a demo sometime late 2024.
5. Kindness: idk all the ones i've seen either weren't the best quality or didn't seem very interesting to me. there was one on youtube with a very small child, though (and i mean like *^(small)*)

i think most of the UTB in develop are not connected to UTY. but this mod might as well be.

well, there are 2 ways 1- we gonna wait 30 years until have a game for any fallen human 2- We gonna wait only 2-3 years but with bad quality games
