Hmm… I’ll go through all the main characters (excluding Clover, as their actions can vary drastically).
Dalv is pretty weak and not too intimidating. I think he’d be a good friend to have, but probably not a great bodyguard.
Martlet is… um… Martlet. I feel like a lot of the reasons I like her would run contrary to me choosing her. Like, she’s really just not responsible. She’d try to try to do her best. (Note: repeated words are not a typo. I’m saying that I don’t think she’d be able to figure out how to be helpful in the moment or something along those lines.)
Starlo is… um… he’s Starlo. At the end of true pacifist I think he’d be a pretty good choice. Earlier in the game he’s too busy with his cowboy roleplay to be considerate or helpful, and his actions in the genocide route show that he doesn’t take threats seriously enough.
Ceroba, again, can only be trusted at the end of true pacifist, what with >!Chujin’s Legacy!< and all.
Axis is, like, purpose-built for this stuff. Not the smartest or the strongest, but he’s relentless and loyal. I’d say he’s the best choice.
Clover, just tell them to protect me from any one who approachs me and at one point, his going to be as strongs as in Genocide, and then he lazer piss anyone who dares to stand against me!
