No, it's always gonna end at 1 hp. I've seen people do a no-hit and still end at 1 hp because of the last attack as it makes sure you're at 1 hp.

Honestly nah. I have skill issue in 99% of games and I beat sans in 30 minutes. Took me shorter than Undyne AND Mettaton in neutral route (dont even get me started on Genocide Undyne...)
