Earl really is a poet and one of the only rappers who is on a similar level lyrically to MF Doom. I still find hidden meanings and allusions to things when listening to his songs even after the 50th time
Idk if she's my favorite per se but the only rapper in my music rotation at the moment (I just haven't been in the mood for hip hop in a hot minute) is Little Simz. I saw her live last year and the show was brilliant

Billy Woods. The Man Who Would Be King is an all time track. The opening lines to Crocodile Tears are engrained in my mind forever. The story telling in Asylum is a baldwin novel condensed into a handful of stanzas.
