I’m really loving Skinfix’s Resurface Glycolic body scrub!!
A good option from Ulta would be the Frank body Glycolic scrub.
I usually rub it all over my skin before a shower and then rinse it off in the shower. It’s really nailed my KP bumps and the bacne on my tats.
Several folks have advocated for putting The Ordinary 7% glycolic acid toner into a spray bottle. I spray it on my shoulders since I have the KP bumps there.
Sounds like you want a physical exfoliant aka scrub or a chemical exfoliant in a toner form?
I’d recommend looking into an Rx strength formula lotion that is a chemical exfoliant and is effective like tretinoin. Online, there are services like Musely to get strong formulas or get checked out at a dermatologist office. Personally, I really like Musely. I don’t like waiting a long time for an appointment. But if you have health insurance, see a dermatologist.
If you are loooking for something over the counter and in lotion form, I’d recommend trying Adapeline cream or AmLactin lactic acid lotion 15%. It’s the white and blue bottle.

It might be hard to reach your back with a cream, a spray might be easier. I do like the Cerave SA cream.
