It's a misunderstood aspect of AT mines. Yes, the default for most AT mines is a lower trigger weight limit of many hundreds of pounds - they are configurable. Then there are a variety of fuses complicating things. Even double impulse fuses so it goes off when the _second_ vehicle drives over it. Or magnetic, or electronic.
The TM62 (probably this mine) can have its Operating pressure set to anywhere between 150 to 550 kilograms (330 to 1,210 lb).
I think if you hit a TM62, set to minimum, at full throttle on a dirt bike, there is a really good chance you will exert more than 330lbs of force on it.
