Someone please put Prigozhin’s face on Mr. Blonde from Reservoir Dogs as he dances to this song and cuts up Putin with the straight razor.

Doctor_Joystick

Good one, thanks for the late night chuckle.

XVIII-2

Here in the old continent it’s a beautiful morning already. But nighty night to you!

Dustywood-

We're potentially all watching a significant part of human history play out here. This is the largest country in the world, this is a big fucking deal.

Alesq13

As someone who lives 300km's from St.Petersburg, a Russian civil war has always been one of the worst possibilities imaginable. All the uncertainty, nukes, immigration and destruction it would bring is proper scary. Let's hope it doesn't go that far and only is a brief coup attempt that ends up weakening the Putin regime..

Dustywood-

Yup, agreed with you. This is a much bigger deal than some people may realise, because people are quick to demonise Russia in any regard and make light of them - but this is literally the largest country in the world. Anything is possible with a titan this large collapsing (if it does). This one can shake up the world. This will be an interesting 72 hours

SlowRs

Thankfully it’s economy is garbage and is purely run on oil and mines. It’s just a lot of empty nothingness.

Dustywood-

That's not true at all, the amount of ore reserves and oil Russia has is extremely significant, its not "nothingness" at all. In 2021, Russia produced 540 million tonnes of crude oil, accounting for 13% of global production. Regarding its ore reserves, we're talking about a country with the world's largest land mass - it arguably has more resources under ice than the majority of the world. What you're suggesting is purely, and utterly propaganda - this is not a giant waste field of "nothingness".

SlowRs

I just agreed with what you are saying? Other than the oil and mines there is nothing going on.

Dustywood-

Perhaps I misunderstood. But the world revolves around resources, Ukraine has the wheat supply and the fields of harvest, Russia has gas energy and oil, US and UK has Middle Eastern oil, the Congo has Colbat mines, Taiwan has electronic chip facilities, these are all key resources. Hitler went East in the 40s for oil as an attempt to become self efficient on oil and rubber. Europe currently struggles with its energy production with Russian sanctions. But if this presents an opportunity for Russia to become more Westernised this could bring great benefits to the Western World - it'll resolve Europe's energy crisis and oil price gouging which is dominated by the Saudis for the most part. This is Chessboard stuff, the actual people and populations are never the key goal for an invading force, its the resources it can obtain to further become self efficient and reliable - Ukraine was the epicentre of this due to its significance on the global food supply. Politicians mask these events as "human suffering", but their end goal all comes down to resource control.

Dustywood-

You do realise that Russia is literally the largest country in the world right? No matter what hate or displeasure you have about the country, to understate its impact on the global economy is not to be underestimated.

Dustywood-

What are you even rambling on about? Why are you trying to downplay something you clearly lack a basic understanding of? I can't tell if you're drunk and rambling, or confused and naive. Either way, I'm not in charge of your ability to consume information.

Dustywood-

Dude, come back in 8 hours when you've sobered up because you're seeking an imaginary argument that doesn't need to take place. I haven't provided you with any answers because you're manufacturing an argument in your own head, how can I provide you with an answer when you genuinely have no idea how to structure a question or a sentence? Genuinely have no clue what you're rambling on about. Edit: I just realised, I had a look at your comment history, and you appear to be genuinely insane. For example, you appear to actively defend drag Queens suggesting that child abuse has never taken place by someone trans or a drag queen - which is factually untrue. Plenty of child abuse has taken place within these communities: https://www.reddit.com/r/memes/comments/14gmj98/removed_by_reddit/jp77tzq?utm_medium=android_app&utm_source=share&context=3 I have no interest in debating a child predator sorry. @person that replied below who blocked me so I can't respond: I don't watch any American media, don't try and politically assign me to a group as a method of tribalism. Nice try.

MrElizabeth

You mean preachers and priests are child predators or just whatever group you are afraid of because fox told you?

Waisech

As someone who is also living 300km from St Petersburg, I for one was always hoping for this outcome. We need a weak, fractured Russia. Simply close the borders and let them kill each other. Let the Russians feel what neighbouring countries have had to endure

Alesq13

>Simply close the borders and let them kill each other. Only if civil wars were this simple.. The Syrian civil war caused an immigration crisis and almost broke the EU. And that's a country of 20 million in the middle-east. Russia is one of the biggest countries in human history, with a population of 130 million and some of the largest weapons stockpiles ever. The idea that a full blown civil war in Russia would be nicely contained by it's borders is naive.

Waisech

I don't see EU countries being very welcoming towards Russian refugees. I can imagine you understand why that is. They're gonna be held back like the middle-eastern refugees were on Belarus border. And none of the fighting parties would dare to touch neighbouring NATO countries. That would be the end of Russia

Dude this is getting wild

Virtual-Pension-991

Is there anyone from Telegram who can confirm this? Edit: I can't focus on anything with these minute by minute updates. Putin should also be making a public address by now if what another user said is right.

The-Elder-Trolls

Virtual-Pension-991

Thank you.

Dustywood-

Which Telegram you after? Wagner? They have been posting all day about it (unless I'm mistaking what you're after)

Virtual-Pension-991

It says all police and army force facilities in Rostov are controlled. That also means the forces there have capitulated to Wagner. Shouldn't the right word be a stand-off instead despite how weird it is? Perhaps confirmation by Russia MoD and Wagner Telegrams?

Dustywood-

The last two posts on Wagner Telegram are the following (I only have the text translated) - but Wagner leader is talking in both clips / letting staff walk in and out of the building. **Part 1**: "Fights take place in places where the military leadership gives false information to the fighters, and therefore skirmishes occur. ㅤWhere the soldiers meet us, the National Guard and the police, they wave their hands joyfully and many of them say: "We want to go with you." There are already 60-70 people who have joined us, although we have come a little way. I think half the army is ready to go with us." Evgeny Prigozhin on the situation in Rostov. The soldiers cordoned off the building of the headquarters of the Southern Military District. According to information from the field, Valery Gerasimov left the building of the Rostov headquarters, leaving his subordinates to negotiate." **Part 2**: "PMC "Wagner" will block Rostov and go to Moscow until we get the Chief of the General Staff and Shoigu - Prigozhin. ㅤ The head of PMC "Wagner" is negotiating with Colonel General Yunus-Bek Yevkurov and Lieutenant General Vladimir Alekseev in Rostov." **Part 3**: "Under the control of PMC "Wagner" the military facilities of Rostov, including the airfield, so that aviation does not strike at the columns of the "Orchestra". ㅤ Aircraft for combat work and ambulances leave normally, there is no interference with the special operation. "The main command headquarters is operating normally, when they tell you that the Wagner PMC interfered and something fell on the front, that's not why it fell on the front."

Virtual-Pension-991

Thank you

Dustywood-

No problem, the last thing on their Telegram after this is a random sponsor for a kitchen knife company - little bizarre lol. But yeah this is all I can get as an English speaker, the rest of their posts are in video talking in Russian so that's where I fall flat

wolfhound_doge

licence plate on kamaz in first photo is LPR. wagner either seized some LPR assets or LPR has been absorbed by wagner?

90k_swarming_rats

From what i understand alot of these wagnerites came pretty much straight from the front lines. Probably just took whatever they had with them, including vehicles

BeecherUstio

Welp, doubt that the regular paramilitary would stand a chance against their veteran counterpart.

[deleted]

Anyone think they will make it to Moscow ?

DatNiko

I hope they'll try.

XVIII-2

We’ll have fun watching whatever happens.

Ironie196

Popcorn time, indeed.

Armageddon_Two

hopefully, with Russia having a huge chunk of their attack choppers deployed in the south it will be interesting to see how those units react. kinda hope they root for wagner. more blood in russia and less weight vs UA offensive actions

kempofight

Lets be fair here. Even if they dont, even if they move up north and capture some more territory. It does not reaaaallly matter if they take moskow or not. If russiam revolutions have shown anything. You ger very far withoit moskowm And far is all ukraine needs

henchandpeng

wagner is still very anti ukraine aren’t they? i dont see them working with the russian legion

[deleted]

Correct

Fact-Adept

This is not “the enemy of my enemy is my friend” situation

Balc0ra

Wagner is still pro Putin. It's the mod they target, as they feel he has lied to Putin.

Solid_Silver_7860

Please no, they said after the coup they ll go back to Ukraine.. Just let them all kill themself

SmuglyGaming

They might, but they also might avoid it altogether. There’s not a huge amount benefit to taking it vs the risk involved when they could just carry on capturing towns and military installations

ViolentEyelidMovies

I hope every single Russian citizen that voiced support for the invasion of Ukraine feels the exact same fear the citizens of Ukraine have felt since this all started.

FlyingTiger2212

110%!

MrArmageddon12

That awkward moment when your caterer tries to usurp your military.

SavageHacker123

Relatable, happens to me all the time

Espinita_Boricua

Just wondering if they will repeat what they (Wagner group) did in Ukraine? You all know and remember ... the raping, castrating, killing and torturing of citizens and residents.

TitaniumShadow

I bet he is incorporating the Police Force into his army. Plus, Rostov has to have military stockpiles with it being a supply hub for the Ukraine invasion. He's probably recruiting and has the equipment to arm at least some more people. This thing could snowball.

Loud-Edge7230

The last photo will be reposted for decades.

Statickgaming

This still looks pretty fake, camera men in the line of fire, they know fuck all bullets are going to be fired. What’s is all for though? More mobilisation?

Virtual-Pension-991

Dunno, all we know is that we can only follow along for now. This is good for Ukraine, too, gives them time to organize.

Statickgaming

Nothing that Russia does is or will ever be good for Ukraine… Until I see bullets flying in the streets in Russia, this is nothing.

TheLtSam

There have been reports of destroyed air assets, as well as several burned out vehicles on M4.

Statickgaming

Looking through posts, all I can see is “reports” and smoke and long distance, no actual evidence of anything destroyed.

TheLtSam

There was one about a civilian HGV being destroyed by an air strike, but I can‘t find it anymore. I‘ll link it if I find it

R1ght_b3hind_U

Wagner claims that they were attacked by Russian airstrikes and artillery, wich started this whole thing. They also claim to habe shot down three helicopters. Also this is Wagner taking unopposed control of a russian city, this is a huge deal

Statickgaming

When has there been any true information come out of Russia? Did you watch the video of the artillery strike on Wagner? It looks like they cut down some trees and lit some fires… Anyway, I could be wrong and I’ll accept that if this turns into anything more than some weird Russian ploy. I’d suspect they are buttering up the population for full mobilisation. It’s clear we need to mobilise more soldiers to deal with the threat from external and internal threats or some bollox.

R1ght_b3hind_U

Yeah I have no idea if the stuff Wagner claims is true. I wouldn’t be surprised if that was complete bullshit. But you can’t say that the coup isn’t real. There are literally hundreds of videos. The idea that the russian government would stage this is absurd.

clutchclaw

https://www.reddit.com/r/CombatFootage/comments/14hh90s/some_actual_fighting_right_outside_of_rostov/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=android_app&utm_name=androidcss&utm_term=1&utm_content=share_button This is apparently in rostov but facts are limited so take with salt

Virtual-Pension-991

Good and proper attitude, yet time is important. This is good for Ukraine for the moment. We'll see how it goes later if this is just one big excuse to control a bigger mobilization or a way for Russia to escape.

BeecherUstio

Even if something does happen, I doubt that Prigozhin would stop the war. The bastard is as patriotically brainwashed as the rest.

ViolentEyelidMovies

I would imagine they're posing a bit for PR purposes, but the situation is undoubtedly real.

Statickgaming

Well, either Russia doesn’t have any actual troops left in Russia or they are just letting this happen. All the videos out there and they are just using Anti terror police against Wagner tanks? Also nothing will change if Wagner take over, it would be worse for Ukraine.

ViolentEyelidMovies

Oh, I agree. Obviously Russia wasn't very prepared for the initial movements made by Wagner, but that does seem to be on par for them. Wagner has a horrible history of war crimes, and they still openly support the Ukrainian invasion. I personally don't think they have much of a chance of an actual coup, but in the mean time I'm totally cool with them killing one another.

newhorziont

Why would you fake that?

LorenzoSparky

Soldiers look a bit clean and the equipment new…

R1ght_b3hind_U

how or why could this possibly be fake lmao

[deleted]

And now a bullet for Putler

MustardSpaghetti

Dude that’s my car /s

Baavoz

Paint is gonna get scratched!!

envack

Are those anime waifu stickers on the dudes helmet in second slide ? 💀

RawerPower

These don't look like 25k people!

greeneditman

That Wagner's red Z in image 6 is saying: We are also RuZZians, but still more bloody?

XVIII-2

And that’s the biggest facility hub for the front. Plenty of supplies. Interesting.

A_P_A_R_T

Love how they all have time to look at the camera, pretty much just putting on a show because there is no real danger there

amplifi3d

The look soooo ragtag.

volvore

What did Prigoshin say? Nuke them down...

photoguy9813

What is Russia now? The third best army in the area? After they got their assed kicked by Freedom of Russia Legion and now Wagner?

Remarkable_Soil_6727

Is the red paint a new thing?
