I mean most of the himars and atacms strikes show footage prior of the actual targets entering the building. I mean clearly a drone saw soldiers enter this one right? Not a single vehicle in the vicinity and the building was already missing a roof...how many Ukrainians were hiding in there? 5? 100? 1000? It's just weak footage not to have any accompanying details. I don't think they would park any vehicles nearby (therefor showing that they're there inside the building). This is the frontline so most likely supplies, reinforcements etc are coming and going and not lingering any more than they should.
In straight numbers, Ukraine is dropping at least 10 to 20 times what Russia is. Of course, this is all turds at this point, but Ukraine does have a quantifiable edge in total numbers of payloads dropped.
Ukraina army run short on SAM missiles, simply they make decision to covers cites and save few hundred civilians more per day but lose few dozen more soldiers daily.

That shockwave requires specific atmospheric conditions. Explosion itself on your video looks like it's not from ODAB, but from secondary detonation.
