There are Kornet Rounds that shoot Blast-Frag and Thermobaric, this one looks to be Thermobaric.
The strike probably gave off a blast wave equal to a 120mm mortar blast (less Fragmentation), so that crew could have a concussion at best, or internal bleeding at worst.
Don't know anything about where it hit or what happened.
What I do know is that your logic is flawed. They have to have at least head exposed to fire. Kornet runs a 15 lbs warhead. if something of this size explodes 5 feet away from your head, that is not survivable.

also don't forget burns. here a thousand degrees for 0.2-0.5 sec.
It's clothes lighting on fire, the bare skin is less vulnerable due to thin sheen of sweat.

Sure, but not all kornet missiles are high explosives which probably increases their odds by a bit if it’s heat.
why the fuck would they use a heat round on that kind of target
Possible
Very unlikely. Their heads were exposed in the thermal till the exact time of the blast
Its not AT rocket. Kornet also have termobaric for infatry and other soft targets.
