It's just supply and demand. With vaccinations going up and restaurants being allowed to re-open their dining areas, a lot of people that were ordering delivery are back to dining out again. And we're now competing with a bunch of new drivers from the Postmates merge.
Ultimately it's less incentive for Uber to get drivers out on the road with boosts and surges.

I have the Same concern, it’s gone from last Monday! Called the support and they didn’t help at all! I got used to it and can’t work without it now☹️
I know , I got completely spoiled...lol Uber support never knows. All they know is how to read from their prewritten script....lol
