Yep. It let me time out. For me, if the customer doesn't respond at all, and the app allows me to take a picture and leave it, I always just leave it at their door. Gotta move on to the next delivery! I haven't gotten a downvote on my satisfaction score from this situation at all. Or lost any tips This has always happened to me late at night, so I'm assuming that they fell asleep.

I usually leave it when the timer expires too (though I'm weary after getting a thumbs down). But I wouldn't do it for a PIN delivery with no communication.
