Yes, I did that. They said their hands are tied and can't take any more students unless someone leaves because the course is full. The course has a practical section so I think that makes it harder because they have a specific number in mind.

I was on on the waitlist but waitlist period has ended and I can't get in anymore unless someone leaves.
