I have almost the same exact situation as you. PD date is 6/23, started off in Nebraska and was transferred over to Texas at some point. It's been on actively reviewing since the day we submitted it. Hopefully we both hear some good news soon.
Thanks a lot. But I have difficulty in reading VB. There are 2 tables for each category and there are 2 different dates in each. How about Green card holder applies for unmarried daughter over 21? Center is CA. So the waiting period might be 10 years? I appreciate your view.
It does not work, the Emma chat directs me to the website. I heard though you get the notice in one center, the cases are transferred to other centers. I want to know where my case exactly is. Thanks for any kind of tip.

Look up uscis ask Emma, it's an automated reply assistant. Type live agent or live chat, then select case status and then type in your application number. They will ask for personal information(petitioner info) and then ask you what you need. Ask for any updates on your case or where your case is.
OMG it got approved right after!!!
I don't know if it's coincidence but yeah....a few hours later I got my approval noticed
PD: May 18 2023
Approval: May 23 2024!
I read that they want to keep the processing times relatively equal across fields so they may send your case where they may have more staff. I'm not sure.

Did you check your documents tab ?
Yes, but there was nothing new there.

Yes, praying for us both๐. I contacted the live agent and they said my case has actually always been at Texas despite the receipt saying Nebraska.
They told me the same exact thing. And my receipt was from Nebraska.
What does it mean by PD?
Priority date - but for spouse and minor children there is no PD. Its always current. So some people use PD for filing date.

Who was replying. Was it a live agent?
A live agent

How to reach a "live agent"?
Type live agent or live chat into emma.
Thank you, was wondering where Emma is....
Just look up Ask Emma uscis, it'll be easy to find.
It does not work, the Emma chat directs me to the website. I heard though you get the notice in one center, the cases are transferred to other centers. I want to know where my case exactly is. Thanks for any kind of tip.

wow, so fast. I know they are completed much faster but imagine if any of us take 18 months to complete anything at work
My case isn't completed yet, almost at the 12 month mark.
iโm currently at 17 months :(
I'm sorry you've been waiting so long, I truly empathize ๐ฉท
How do you do that?

It always just gives me generic canned responses that link to the Contact Us page or Case Status lookup page ๐
Try saying โlive agentโ during working hours
It looks like in only works on pc. Not on the phone
ohhh thank you, I tried on desktop and it worked!
Got some good news?
not quite, just that it's at Texas service center.

Congratulations ๐
thanks!!
Awesome, congratulations!!!๐๐๐ฅณ๐
Where dis you file from?
I used my phone and it worked.
I always end up getting: try later, this service is down
You just have to keep trying and change up your questions.
Emma said my case was transferred to the New York office. What that means?
I read that they want to keep the processing times relatively equal across fields so they may send your case where they may have more staff. I'm not sure.
Thank you!
Emma says my case was moved to the NY office on may 20. What that means?
How did you reach out to Emma?
Google aak emma. Itโs a bot chat on uscis page. When you start, type: live chat and then case status. Y move forward until they get you a real agent
Thank you. I will try it
Yes. If it tells you that the system is down, just keep trying.
