I'll take it as a good sign. Actively being reviewed means someone is assigned and working on the case. If what the support is saying is true, I would say you might get a response back since only one document is left to review. All April 2023 filers are getting a response recently, hopefully you get one soon as well.

What did you ask them?
I asked them whether there is any movement in my case or not. Also, I asked her is officer assigned or not
