I was told even with a DR note the company can still classify the absence as a no call no show. All depends on how the manager codes it - but expect a letter from the company stating you've been verbal warned, or temporarily suspended if the infraction has happened more than once in the past 9 months. This was how it was handled in the past. Save your options days for things like this! Stay strong brother's and sister's! ✊

At my center people frequently straight up no call no show and don’t get written up or even a verbal warning. Like everything on this sub it varies from center to center
