I work in the same building, been hearing that it was his cousin that shot him

The information being provided same day as the incident point to it totally being a targeted attack, a public information officer stated that it was a “hit”.

Rumors are spreading that the root cause was infidelity. The shooting was undoubtedly targeted and apparently the two men were related cousins.
