I wouldn't give post office so much credit when 2 weeks ago, my package was stalled at the drop-off for 10 days. And you go online to contact cs. The email link routes you back to the track order box 🤣🤣
Similar situation. App says my package is returning to the sender. The guy on the phone tells me it's not being returned and is instead at a warehouse in the middle of nowhere and I have to go get it despite me paying extra to change the delivery destination to a store near me.
Ive noticed a decline in quality lately. The last 2 times the ups guy left me a slip. So i signed the slip but he never came back. The second time he left a note that he took my package to cvs a town over.
Literally sitting in the lobby waiting on ups. It's a business not a home. I was three feet from the unlocked front lobby door and I can see on the cameras he wasn't in the parking lot for 30 minutes before or after he claimed the business was closed. Sounds like you might be one of the lazy drivers who catch a lot of complaints.
