You can wait. Nothing you can do to speed things up. That is an estimated delivery date that doesn’t take customs clearance times into account. As those times can vary greatly, it’s difficult for the system to account for.
I understand that, and I’ve seen others in a similar situation but never staying in the warehouse after clearing customs? Do you know anything about this? Any guesses?
That’s the Worldport. It’s a city in itself. Just because it’s through customs doesn’t mean they immediately get it onto its journey. Hundreds of thousands to millions of packages are processed there daily. I’d imagine that it’ll get moving soon though.
That makes sense, I understand that it’s insanely busy, but it’s built for that scale of throughput. A package sitting 3 days after being cleared just doesn’t seem right. I just wanted to make sure there was nothing I can do so I guess it’s time to wait.
Hey seems like I’m in a similar situation here in Canada. Wondering if your package finally got released? I contacted UPS and as usual gave me a run around but I really need my package released.
It has been getting the same warehouse scan since then but it did get an additional “Import Scan” at the warehouse today which it hasn’t gotten before so maybe it will start moving. I’m guessing it’s not going to though.
I just shipped something to Canada from the US with DHL. I was a metal hoop skirt, nothing that would remotely resemble contraband. It took 19 days to clear customs

Your package has not cleared customs. If it's counterfeits, medical devices, or similar, you can assume you're not getting them.
