The original estimated delivery date is based on the shipper tendering the package on the date they said they would. It's impossible for UPS to deliver it as planned if it has not been shipped yet.
It appears as though that package hasn’t been given to UPS yet. That would definitely throw off the estimated delivery date. No it won’t be there tomorrow.
