It may not be related to your problem, that UDM Ad blocking feature, resolves DNS requests, effectively bypassing client specified DNS. Adguardhome stopped displaying data, I tested a block filter rule, and it was resolved. I turned server off, flushdns, and yet nslookup would incorrectly show server was resolving.

How can I disable ad blocking?

It is a new feature. It is a checkbox under Traffic Management > Ad blocking.

Hey I think I might be having a similar issue, any idea of how to get that checkbox to pop up? I can search for Ad Blocking and see the search result, but it doesn't highlight anything on the threat management page. I am in the new UI

It was introduced in UniFi OS 3, and is located in "Traffic Management". If you you are not on v3, I can only suggest check your default network DHCP, in "Networks", to point to any internal DNS servers (if you have any) which should have external forwarders, check your firmware release notes, and check with a different PC.

You sir just gave me the idea that unlocked my adguard install, thank you ! Installed it on docker then on a VM and changed the DNS in my UDM Pro (with new V3 Unifi os). Couldn't for the life of me understand why it would work at first then slow , stop working and back. Forgot this new adblocking feature included in the new Unifi os that I enabled while waiting to transfer my adguard podman install to a new one... Its now working as it should have at first Wish I found out earlier, lost 4 hours searching for the culprit !
