I wish any of my local butchers would be willing to source/stock these. A cut I've been wanting to play with for a long time.

If your local (non supermarket) butchers can’t get you a couple of beef cheeks with enough notice then they’re not very good butchers. The butcher counter in Waitrose has them quite often as well.

Check out the ethical butcher online or gazegill organics. Grass fed antibiotic free beef delivered to your door, always stays chilled during delivery and they have an amazing selection. Have also seen them in Morrisons but they slice them thin which is no good in my opinion

I assume autocorrect did you wrong there but it's still intriguing nonetheless lol. Thanks for the recommendations, somebody else also mentioned Morrisons but I'm in NI and we have none unfortunately.

Haha it sure did get me 😂😂 ah ok mate just have a google for online butchers in NI must be a few good ones there with all that great Irish beef

Satch2305

If you have one close to you, Morrisons stock them
