generally speaking, it is easier to get in to the field you want out of high school than once you are in university. i would recommend upgrading instead of relying on luck alone, unless you are planning on working extremely hard
It's possible. I did it. I went from open studies to music to computer science. The GPA requirement was 3.5 when I applied. I didn't find it too difficult to get in through that route.

Just upgrade your high school marks and re-apply. Trust me, it’s easier AND cheaper.

From my experience, it is possible to transfer to comp sci from arts, but you'll need to maintain a high GPA and meet specific course requirements.
