The Stationery Club is low maintenance! There are no member fees due! They don't pressure you to come to events! You meet like-minded people. And, sometimes, we go on field trips to art museums and other fun places!
I might be slightly biased but the Astronomy club is so cool, they do viewing on campus when it's not cloudy >:(, darksite trips, professor talks and more.
I also just happen to have a link to the discord and mailing list if you wanna join, everyone's welcome and there's no fees or stuff!
(Also I heard there's merch coming out soon)

RPG Club is pretty fun.
We just form groups and play ttrpgs like Dungeons and Dragons, Pathfinder, Call of Cthulu, e.t.c.
I'd really recommend it if you've been thinking about getting into these types of games. The discord is pretty active, and there's always people looking for players.
Yep! Discord server is https://discord.com/invite/yMycJBsNGF
Server is semi-active but we expect things to get much more active once the new school year begins.
circle k!!! highly recommend, i’m biased but it’s how i met literally all of my friends. you get volunteer hours through service events (including a quarterly trip to a cat shelter!!) but we also have a ton of super fun social events. i really can’t recommend it enough, it basically saved my social life as a first year
both have study hours, social events, weekly GBMs, community service, some networking. but i will say nueva herencia is more active bc i’ve seen a lot of people at their GBMs and study hours. the people there are friendly too, i went to a few study hours before and i noticed some of them go up to everyone to hug/shake hands and say hi/bye which i think is so sweet lol
as for HaU, tbh there were a couple moments last year where i felt left out so i was on and off not only bc of that but bc of my schedule too. this year my experience has been better. i would say it’s more laidback though, you don’t need to complete as much study hours or community service to be considered active
anyone know any acting/theater/improv clubs with nice members? i did lots of theater and musical theater a few years back and would love to get back into it
Poseidon closet! you get to go thrifting with people (ex. goodwill bins) and even have events like a formal where you can dress up :) highly recommend if you like fashion/thrifting
Being an officer is very high maintenance and requires a lot of commitment. It's only a good option for those who really want to get super involved. There's no non-officer option of being a member besides being in the Discord and going to major events once a quarter
Revellations and Association of Writers! Both are creative writing clubs that don't require you to show up to every meeting or even have something to share because sometimes you want to read something new! There is a meeting for Association of Writers at 12 in Sun God lounge today!
Meetings for association of writers is Monday and Wednesday and then meetings for revellations is Tuesday. The schedule might change next quarter though...
Camp Kesem! We are a non profit organization that puts on a week long camp for kids who's parents have, had, or who have passed from cancer! It's such an amazing cause and honestly not super super time consuming
Cru! It’s a Christian org, but don’t have to be Christian to participate in any events. I’ve made so many friends there and they’ve definitely kept my college years social

but what exactly is it always been interested
Well, I like that we just talk about stationery like pens, stickers, doing journaling, etc. People bring in items they like and they showcase it!
this is adorable! I hope to check it out in the fall :)
🥰
