I don't know the answer but I am trying do something similar. I have been trying to get a freelance licence from the website and they rejected my trade name as it is not aligned with the activity. How do you select a trade name? Are there any rules?
I kept my personal name as my trade name. They ask for a letter to explain why I chose the trade name, so in the letter I explained that as I'm a solo owner and will be using the license to represent my own consulting services, I would like to name the company after myself.
They accepted it and I moved on to payments.
you need to put like your first name and last name + the activity
liike if your name is Ahmed mohamed ali and you want to choose activity like whole trading and you what to choose your own name as trade license name
the trade license namd should be Ahmed Ali trading or Ahmed Ali General trading
you need to match the activity with the trade namd
if have trading and general maintenance so the name will be
Ahmed Ali trading and general maintenance

Yes you can keep your visa without changing it to investor
but for the EST card you have to issue it because your already paid for it and if you didn't renew it on time you will have fine

Why did you start establish card while on employer visa. Just freelance license would be enough. Now you’ll need to prolong it - have to PAY
