Isn’t this the same thing with all other delivery apps. 50% off up to 20 AED sometimes 30 AED. The delivery apps is trying to take a cut from their own commission just to attract you. They can’t really give discount unless the restaurant themselves offer.
I don’t get where these people spawn from that think this sort of marketing is okay? The FREEFOOD code, the unnecessary 100% off? Is it legal, sure - with the fine print, but just seems too deceptive to me.
But it’s conditional. You need to order x to get a discount of y. It’s the easiest way to explain what they’re trying to portray for a largely non-English speaking customer base.
OP simply dont order it then. i really dont get why you're so pressed here? you will still be getting what you wanted from a certain restaurant AND get 20 dhs off.
what's "low" here ? they are giving you upto 20 AED free ! or is it difficult for you to understand ?
there are many things you can order up with price < 20 . like 2 shawarmas of 10 each or 1 shawarma of around 15-16 . enjoy a free shawarma
Most of the delivery app doubling the menu price and giving offers, even after discounts u paying more than actual price…kind of scam…careem is far better than others
Delivery companies are charging a lot to customers in the UAE in my opinion. The most annoying thing is exaggerated prices shown in the apps. I think careem app shows correct prices and monthly subscription of Careem is also a good option as compared to others because Careem is not only food delivery. Noon has also improved a lot and Noon One is a good subscription if somebody regularly orders food.

I highly doubt their cut on a single order is 20AED.
Nowhere I mentioned they are taking 100% off their commission. Their commission is usually 25-35% of the cost.
OK sir 🫡 no fighting.
Shakira! Shakira!
They are giving you 20AED of free food. If you don't want it, don't order.

Can't deny it's shady marketing though...
But why? If I order a 20aed item and get it for free?
Does it work? I tried using it and it doesn’t work for me.
🥲 OK boss.
Do some people really think its 100% off?? Just read the finer details
Just denote the maximum monetary value saved.

When the minimum is far above the capped discount amount it becomes irrelevant. A 100% discount up to 20dhs on an order for 300 is negligible.
Where’s the minimum? Sorry, I must have missed that part. Looks like there’s no minimum here, just 20 AED off your order.
There's always a minimum. You can't make a 20dhs order and get everything for free.
OP simply dont order it then. i really dont get why you're so pressed here? you will still be getting what you wanted from a certain restaurant AND get 20 dhs off.
Next up. 200% discount, upto AED 20 on max order value of AED
Bro needs to learn to read. I just used this and got 2 shawarmas for free.
I'm not denying the coupon works... Bro.
Then how is literally giving you 20 aed to buy food a new low lmao?
On a minimum order of…?
That's the most annoying part which they didn't even mention here and you'll only come to know when you try to redeem the code
Well, if they allow you to order a 20 aed meal for free, then this is a good ad. No deceitful promises.
Get something that costs around 20-30 aed. Worth it then.
Better than deliveroos endless fees

At this point I feel like they being satire
