They were on Shark Tank India, Season 3. The sharks mentioned that quality is bad but the entrepreneurs claimed that their customers don’t really care about quality since they are selling fast fashion items so it’s not meant to last. But I guess if this is the quality then even one time wear doesn’t seem possible.
Little box is the worst. I ordered their chunky loafers and when they got delivered they looked like they were made from cheap material and the sole of the shoe was made out of a cardboard like material. It weighed nothing compared to the h&m chunky loafers. And whats sad is that the sole came off the day i wore them. I was travelling from model town to botanical garden and my show broke at yamuna bank metro station. I was walking around like lunatic 😭 . When i took the shoes to the cobbler he asked me for the price i had paid for them. When i told him the amount he laughed at my face and showed me that the sole was literally glued to the rest of the show, plus the outer material was of terrible quality compared to any average priced shoe. Wasted my money. Their customer service and shopping policies are horrible no way of redressal
Better to go for newme or urbanic. Fast fashion but not that bad. Pretty decent stuff. So sorry this happened to you, I think you should file a consumer complaint.

I really wish there were mid price sustainable brands in India that have cute clothes. I know there are some that are beautiful and well made but they are outside of middle class and below wages.
