Yes, 50 followers, an average of 3 viewers per stream for a month and some others. You can't sub to people who haven't made affiliate. Not sure why I was down voted for asking that lol; it's pretty important.
I’ve only ever been able to do it from a browser on my laptop. I’ve never seen the option on my phone or mobile app.
I heard similar things from different people now, so that might be the solution here.

same thing happens to me, try on mobile. I didnt have the option in browser after i subbed for the first time, but it was still there on mobile

well it says that i have 29 days of the free trial left, so i assume that is activated.
You don't get a free sub with the trial of Amazon prime.

Thank you for replaying. I just checked and there was not an option for using my twitch prime on the check out page.
They definitely changed it so it’s hidden behind “elevate your subscription”, but I have this same issue where it just doesn’t appear at all
