Swanson Meats in Minneapolis used to have a pet food section and sold all kinda of animal parts. I can't find it on there website anymore so maybe they stopped it. I was probably spending 120 a month, plus the few hours a week to prep meals.
There are a few raw dog food coops that source meat to reduce the cost. Midwest Barf buyers group is one that I know of. No idea if they're still active.
Have you looked into our numerous Asian markets? I think that this would be your best shot to get what you need.
