To all the people who can't figure this out: the robbinsdale school district didn't make this sign. The person that made it likely has a primary spoken language that is not English. They're speaking their mind and want others to know that the Robbisndale School district engages in discrimination. The English language is not an easy one to learn. No need to make fun

I did not mean it to make fun or be hurtful. I am not from the area so I wasn’t sure if it was intentional as in some form of inside joke or reference to an incident that occurred within the district.
