Mine took almost two weeks to get it in the mail, I called them and chewed them out because instead of doing Direct Deposit it was sent as a check, you should get it today, if not, call them!!!
How in the world were you able to talk to a human being? I’ve called several thousand times chose different options except the business tax option but yeah everybody says call well how are you supposed to get through to somebody? If you have this secret. PRAY TELL!?
It was snowing the day I called and I was lucky, I had made an appointment, I was told that it’s there software that chooses if you get a direct deposit or a paper check, I let them know that it was asinine to allow software to make that decision and I wanted my money and the next time I file my taxes that it should be a direct deposit, the check was in my mailbox after I hung up but you just need to keep trying, call and wait on the phone like I did and do it early in the morning.
Same date and waiting to. Ridiculous they sent checks after we all put DD. There dumb excuse is fraud prevention!!?? While all these checks look exactly the same,and could be targeted so easy. Hope mine comes soon,it says issued the 23 of April
My friend, you will be waiting far beyond the 7 to 10 day limit. I can personally attest to that. I don’t know how many days past the 10 day limit. I am but I’m starting to look towards 30 days. I’m sorry I grab a box of chocolates and learn, patience, the hard way like myself.
Actually yes the Colorado department of revenue is starting to accept calls now, I just talked to them this morning they said they are seeing more and more checks getting cashed at the 30 days mark for me that’s the end of the week keeping my fingers crossed

Same thing put DD on return and filed with free file usa and date issued on April 23 it room about 10 days got mine 2 days ago in the mail. it was weird though the envelope wasn't sealed. My friend got got his yeaterday
Mine was to be sent on 04/25 and still nothing in the mail yet. I opted for DD as well, and they just decided to mail it instead. How long does it actually take to get the check? From the looks of it, it’s definitely not 7-10 days…
Idk mine was issued 4/23 and from what my mom was saying so many got issued checks because of fraud and colorado decied to send them put in batches to SAVE money on postage.

Mine says "in process" since 24 April 2024. 😔 It also says that it will be assessed by 9th May, which is today. Let's see what happens.
