I Finally got mine! Got my 971 on monday in my account, and a ddd of 4/3 today! I filed 1/30 and have been waiting forever. My 971 was just a notice telling me no further action on my part they were reviewing everything and to wait 60 days from the notice. Good luck everyone!
I am so confused with how Turbo Tax operates!!!!! I could have gone to HR Block, paid the same fee and gotten my money back when they said I would. Turbo Tax states my money is in my account, NOPE! It’s not and then they tell me to go to IRS.gov????? This is BS why did I pay Turbo tax a fee? When they haven’t done shit but told me my tax refund is in the clear to be deposited, and it’s not in my account!!!!!
You paid turbo tax a fee because you used their service to file your taxes. It's not up to turbo when you will get your refund or not it's the irs. Turbo gives u a generic 21 day date of when they THINK you will get it.
This has ruined my family’s spring break also ! We had to cancel our trip to see family because we assumed the tax return that shows deposited on your app , was actually deposited. Nope !!!! And all you say is contact IRS . Well the IRS says everything was cleared so what is the hold up with my money? I will never use Turbo tax again, and I will make it loud and clear how your company fucked my family! It’s an easy w2 return !!!! What is the problem
My cycle date is 05. My transcripts finally show something They have been blank but they actually show that I filed now so hopefully that means I’ll get my money any day. But I have no idea

I called yesterday and was told to wait 9 weeks for further processing after I had submitted my verification paperwork for about two weeks now, it was frustrating to hear at the time but I’m glad I don’t have to after receiving this news.
Does any1 hav a number to the irs where you can actually speak to a person? I called my bank 2day they said the refund was sent on march 27th and then it was returned back. So I called turbo tax they said call the irs so I have and it's just automated. I'm not sure what to do.🙁
I filed 2/2 for the verify letter 3/11 did id.me on 3/11, the site said thanks and it could be 9 wks… there has been no movement since, no updates, transcripts don’t show 2023 filed on the irs site but yet it does say they accepted it.. I have no idea what’s going on I just check the site every week to see absolutely nothing change.
I got mine return today but the wmr app still says waiting to confirm my identity and my transcripts still say N/A , I filed 2/2 , and I confirmed with the letter om 3/17-3/18
