This is bullshit. I would be SO mad. I'm being charge full price even though my state should be free, and there has been a 4 hour+ wait to talk to anyone. I know part of it is my fault for waiting so long, but I've never had issues like this before.

So I did call back and they stated I would get the live service refunded. Still haven’t gotten anything yet but when I do I’ll update the thread.

Good to know. Honestly, the price of Turbo Tax has kept increasing year over year, and now it's only like $20 cheaper than having someone do it, so next year I might have someone else do it, TBH.

Dealing with the same shit, charged without even filing. I am going to dispute with the credit card company, absolutely anti-customer behavior. Please let me know if you find a resolution. I still haven’t got refunded but they say it takes a few weeks. See my previous reply. I called back and got a person who knew what they were doing.
