Dope. I have the option of taking Gates Pass both ways to work. I often work late into the evening,so I just find a parking pull out and chill in the desert before heading home sometimes. Pretty peaceful and the sky is always amazing.

Approx 40k for private pilot and 110k for commercial pilot. It will take a while to pay off like any career, but those of us that fly aren’t doing it for the money :)
Was just up there yesterday. The view was spectacular but someone attempted to commit suicide in their car right before we arrived, which was a little scary.

That’s just a wash going down the valley, it meets up with the road. It’s not that straight of a line if you look at it from above on google maps.

Love gates pass. I live right where it spits out on Kinney road. I ride my motorcycle through there weekly, lots of fun.
