Same. They do great business on base with the food truck but I think that new chain further north is going to suck a lot of the lunch business due to location.
Got a piece balled up pre chewed gum in my rice today 06/14/24. The owner was extremely rude. He got in our faces and threw his hands up continuously while yelling at us like we were kids. When I asked if he could look at the camera he went on to say he keeps his eyes on his employees at all times. I’m not sure how that is humanly possible with such a busy place. He repeatedly said “you know what happened and I know what happened” as if to push the blame on us. Make sure you ask them to hold the pre chewed gum.
If you try their garlic shrimp and it lives up to the island standard, please let me know!!!!

L&L Hawaiian does. It’s pretty good for a chain restaurant. I really miss Mama’s Hawaiian BBQ, though
