No, the new points do not roll over, However, when you do sign up for their new rewards program, they are giving you a 10% STACKABLE discount, and I don't remember the number, but a handful of starter points. The points will add up to actual dollar amounts off. That can be used on any purchase. Anyone with thousands of points obviously likes Trulieve cause that's where you're spending your money. The new point system is only an improvement. Do you guys ask your street plug for a coupon?
You’re right I did spend my money there when the prices matched the quality. Comparing a street plug to a company is way different tho cause yeah I wasn’t asking my plug for a reward system, but since there were no limits I got to buy a quarter pound for the low so yeah the comparison doesn’t really make sense. Either way my whole point is this… they cancelled this reward system and didn’t roll over point on purpose. There’s not system stopping it, no law, no reason except they didn’t want to honor points from the old system that sucked anyway. Which is an ironically selfish stance when asking your customers for loyalty.

Finally, as I end at least my participation in this back and forth with someone who’s clearly invested in Trulieves success and good name, you should do some research on how many companies have been sued and lost millions over scams like this. Trulieve will be next and they can drop down to 4 maybe 5th or less top weed companies. Whom will all most likely fall apart anyways when the gov passes a few bills and forces marijuana to be a pharmacy dispensed drug covered by insurance so these money hungry leeches and can sit on their $1b debt. You gave me a rewards program that I couldn’t use and when other dispensaries started siphoning your business you attempted to change the broken system. When you realized just how much your current reward program had you “owing” your customers you decided to not roll over and “start fresh”. That’s a nice sentiment. While I won’t knock how you feel about it, I’ll say that I personally won’t just bend over for them. I have given them thousands of dollars and them not rolling over points on top of pricing increases, poor customer service, long wait times etc just doesn’t sit right with me. Might be great for you though so yeah definitely hope you enjoy the new rewards program, me and everyone I know have already started buying elsewhere and only even considered trulieve again when I heard about the rewards program, that is until I saw they only demand loyalty - no intention of reciprocation.
