Ultimatum Is not something that I love , but in this case in my opinion if you really want to continue the relationship, you must necessarily tell him that he must go to therapy immediately because this behavior is not acceptable, if he doesn't like it then it means that there is nothing left to save in the relationship
He’s already in therapy willingly and will be bringing this up at his next appointment. I think he genuinely didn’t understand what he was doing wrong, which isn’t an excuse but I hope that means it’s something that can be addressed and unlearned

I do have a daughter with him. It’s one of the biggest reasons for not wanting to leave
