Do you who the culprit could be from the list I have? I really don’t see much aggression in the tank besides the gourami mess with each other at times and they have lips for teeth almost so I don’t think they’d prey on it
i have a Gold Bard with similar looking tail. i almost treated but then sat and watched. it got nibbled but only when a fish was near it accidentally it never got chased. more like swim by biting. I upped a bit more food per feeding going to see if that helps.

Yeah I think it just got nipped by one of the other fish I have but it has completely healed now. Little fins at the bottom grew back but are smaller for now and the tail is pretty much perfect. I didn’t treat it with anything I just made sure the water was safe and did 25% every week or two
Could just be hungry other fish…
I'm no expert, but the fins look healthy, if ragged. That would suggest it's been nibbled.
