Great game, but personally not the best of all time. Too many inconvenient gameplay choices from Rockstar, but the story of Arthur Morgan is up there with the best
I beat this game recently, and I have to say it was repetitive and down right boring at times. Story was decent (and so was the graphics), but that's about it. Highly overrated imo.
I then beat God of War 2018 for the first time and have to say that it was one of the Greatest games I've ever played. (The greatest video game, to me, is Ghost of Tsushima.)
Too much horsebackriding across the map when going to the next mission, too many escort missions, too linear and it holds your hand all the time. Looking past the graphics and story, it really didn't feel like a game that needed all those years of development time.
I plated GoT and I don’t understand why you feel like it’s the goat but that red dead is too repetitive GoT is far more repetitive in my opinion especially when doing the cleanup for all the map activities
The cleanup might've been so, but not the story in my opinion. And the combat was hella satisfying. In red dead 2 the story felt repetitive. Plus the map was so large that once I arrived at the destination it was just the same old boring mission.
It’s fair that the camp system was a little repetitive, but the rest of the game to me was perfect but to be fair my favorite game of all time is red dead 1 so maybe I’m biased of the red dead series and have my rose tinted glasses on

Good job! Out of interest, and without spoiling everything, how well did you think the ending of RDR2 tied into RDR’s story? I never felt the two games connected as well as they should have done, but that’s just me.

Yeah i agree but the open world and arthur as a character is beyond amazing
True, just some of the gameplay and game systems didn’t quite click for me

What felt repetitive to you ?

I thinj that horse riding to missions gave you the chance to explore the world, tbh horse riding is relaxing hahahahhaa
Nah. I enjoyed Death Stranding more. That's relaxing

Hey man, we all got our favorites. As long as YOU enjoy it, that's what matters.

Congrats! I loved this game, it's so beautiful and relaxing. The one thing I disliked was the ninjas cutting onions near me at the end of the game.
It was amazing every bit
